February 2021, Advisor to Bravo TV’s Million Dollar Listing real estate agent Tyler Whitman at Triplemint in NYC, where I developed an omnichannel marketing plan that supported driving awareness for #milliondollarlistings.

August 2021, founded @AstraAdvisory a freelance consultancy supporting social media content for @thepolaristeamnyc and @agentsofcolor within Manhattan and Bronx neighborhoods.

Freelance marketing consultant for SMBs, real estate agents, and global eCommerce strategies.

Compass

In September 2018, I joined Compass as a Marketing Advisor where I supported NYC Real Estate Agents in executing brand and performance marketing. Supporting this pre-IPO startup, NYSE: COMP led Compass Marketing Center product training to drive SaaS platform adoption with key real estate professionals and their teams.

In 2.5 years, I tripled my book of business, onboarding and advising over 300 real estate agents on Branding, Social Media, Content Marketing, Email, and Out-of-Home advertising opportunities. This experience further honed my creative, marketing, and leadership skills, In November 2020, I embraced the Compass mission statement and learned to #bouncebackwithpassion after multiple company layoffs.
