Love is Eternal

Like water, Moving ever-flowing

We rushed into the roaring stream

Love bends, it tumbles but rolls on

It pools and collects 

It slows, 

The stillness can make a wandering man restless.

Yearning for the thrill of a new.

Under pressure the temperature rises 

Collectively atoms, molecules and stars collide

Invisible 

Changed before the naked eye,

tears streaming down our faces

a vexing process, vapors of love once knew now rise like a ghost 

Love’s veiled embrace 

The pool dries, tears fade

the dry earth cracked open wide.

A blind man would believe love had left him

A wise man knows the storms bring rain.
